Gallup Panel research study, and more than two-thirds of workers that agree that their supervisor focuses on their strengths are engaged. The reality that 14% of European workers are engaged suggests that the majority of European supervisors battle to do either. Firms that buck this pattern view engagement as a tactical priority. They acknowledge that the manager-employee partnership is the most vital motorist of involvement and natural development, and they approach the task of enhancing engagement with the same roughness, technique, and commitment that they come close to various other service troubles.

The excellent information is that the bulk of Europeans are disengaged yet not discontented. They are resting on the sidelines, waiting to be motivated. They are winnable, and business can fix this space by much better furnishing their managers with the knowing and growth they need to be much better individuals supervisors.
